If you have 2 hours to waste, head for a Brussels Post Office.
Picture this: 20 counters of which only 2 are open; 50 people with various "postal" needs ranging from cash withdrawals, cash transfers, cash deposits, ID validation, none of which concerns actually sending mail. The lady in front of me has a badly wrapped, oddly-shaped package. We just know it will be a complex, time-consuming case. Shit! One of the counters has closed. It is 11h00. The disgruntled employee has to go to lunch. She will be back at 13h30...if at all.
