Les Tartes à Françoise

I am familiar with quiche (dumb question once asked by a dumber person). I don't particularly like quiche. I am not a pie person either. That's because I never had a pie (either sweet or salty) baked by Françoise. I now stand thoroughly corrected. This stuff is crack-cocaine with a crust.
