Went to the post office to mail the belgian visa documents. "Would that be International Express Post or regular international mail?" inquires the Canada Post dude. "What's the difference?" I ask.
"With Express Post, your documents would get there in 2 weeks. With regular mail, your documents would maybe get there in a month - if at all..."
Honesty and cynism from a public works employee. How very refreshing.
