News from Hubby

Hubby summed up his flight beautifully: Air Transat's motto should be "Less". Less space, less service, less food, less sleep but less time.
He made it across in less than 6 hours. Everybody applauded at the landing. For me, that is a huge pet peeve. I've only witnessed this on planes full of Quebecois. Isn't landing the plane under normal circumstances a standard part of the service? "Oh! Usually, the pilot hits the tower, this time he made it. And, he didn't even have to dump the plane's fuel into the Atlantic." Clap, clap, clap. Quebec is truly a distinct society.

After countless visits to apartments of various cleanliness, questionable decor and dubious locations, Hubby finally found us an apartment located in the Ixelles district behind the university. Hubby describes it as having European charm (its small) and North American comforts (internet access and cable). Clap, clap, clap.

J'ai déjà hâte d'aller vous voir, Chère Angela ton blogue est exquis. Inquiète toi pas pour Lance et Compte, Réjean c'est pas trop forcé sur celui-là, mettons que c'est assez épais.

Take off your shirt xx
